Have to psych myself up to call these guys for help. Stuart is spot on about Dr Bhatia's multiple long messages repeating the same thing since March. It's enough to make you give up before you even try. When you feel poorly you need to feel cared about not that you are an inconvenience to them.
Absolutely awful practice with the car park being absolutely terrible. I dropped off my 86 year old nanna in the car park who recently had a fall and broke her elbow. I was in the process of turning my car around using a space to then see a member off staff open the door and say I can’t park there. Have you nothing else better to do? I’m appalled!!!!

Absolute joke.We are told to be there at our exact time,which i was 11.10am.checked in at reception and was told to wait.This is only for a blood test.4 other patients came and went,so after nearly 25 minutes ,i said to the receptionist who had booked me in ...Excuse me but why have all these people been seen and not me ,i got here at the right time.She looked at me and asked my name..Oh she said,iv forgotten to check you in. I wasnt happy,pathtic ,keeping people hanging around like that.This place needs a serious re_think.I wont mention the recepionists name,but you need to pull your socks up.not funny😡
