Will absolutely not be returning here again. Ive never been served by such rude, miserable women. So incredibly unhelpful!! Told me I needed to take a parcel to the main office - no further details when I asked, she literally shouted NEXT at me! There was THREE of them there and not one tried to help me when I asked for further information. Ended up calling Royal Mail from my car to get advice instead. I dread going here, always ask my partner to go instead. We've decided we will travel an extra mile to go to a different office, just due to this horrendous customer service.
Awful customer service. Miserable woman with a coop badge rolled her eyes at her colleague and sighed when I asked to deposit some money. I even began to apologise because I felt like such an inconvenience.
Customer service was terrible. Served by a grumpy woman with a co-operative manageress badge, dropped one of my parcels, no apology just a what's in it. No hello, goodbye, please or thank you from any staff. Made me feel like an inconvenience. I will not be using this post office again and I certainly expect better from the co-op.
Miserable people. Stood unacknowledged for a while before being served by a grumpy looking woman. I'll go out of my way next time to go elsewhere.
