Friendly staff, clean rooms, what else do you want from a budget hotel chain!
Did not inform me there would be no breakfast service at all. Did not inform me when i booked, or when I turned up. In the morning i enquired and was told quite abruptly that theres no breakfast and there is no where any where close to get anything. I had to get a taxi to go to the shops. They could have tried harder or informed me upon booking and on turning up. The young male who was at reception on Sunday morning (29/11/2020) was rude and did nothing to help and seemed clueless to be honest. I know there's a pandemic but providing some cereal, milk, bowl like they do with the coffee and tea bags. I give one star because at least the mattress was good. But that was about all there was to enjoy.
Good covid procedures in place without being overbearing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Clean, tidy, comfortable and efficient staff
Second time in a week that I've waited to be checked in, no one on reception after 6 hour journey, waiting over 15 mins for someone to check me Inn, so poor
