Lovely pub. In better Summer times a great place to sit by the river. Food always good. Hopefully in 2021 can spend more time there.
Very pleasant Sunday Roast carvery here. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They had COVID 19 measures in place and were making sure people checked in and sanitised hands at entry. The restaurant was clean and warm, great decorations. The food and drink came promptly to the table. It was hot and very tasty. Dog friendly. I would recommend the carvery, with the extras pigs in blankets and cauliflower cheese. It is excellent value. We were served by Jasmine who was very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and attended. Will definitely return.
Nice pub, good honest food lots of options for all, vegan veggie or carnivores...lol! Well priced with good warm atmosphere. Would recommend a visit.
Well looked after, breakfast looked great but when you came to eat it most was cold only sausage was hot .I like my breakfast to be hot.
Food was tasty and the staff were polite and social distancing was being carried out
