Good food, service a bit haphazard, but then again the place is very busy.
We recently went for brunch at the Puerto Lounge. The location and decor were definitely a plus. What made such a positive impact was Alice our waitress. She was so welcoming, friendly and personable. Her detailed knowledge of the food and drinks menu was fantastic. She recommended the Brooklyn Brunch which was delicious. I wish more places in Exeter had staff like this. Because of such fantastic customer service we will be back. Alice you're a star!
The ordering was online which made it much easy to select our choices and place the order quickly. The staff was friendly and served our food without much wait. The prices were normal and quantity was good. There was a decent variety of food for a lounge standard as we were a group of mixed diet and everyone were left satisfied. Would highly recommend. They have maintained social distancing really well.
My partner took me for a meal at the Puerto lounge, the company obviously was second to none, the food and the cocktails were amazing, we had a fabulous night, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, reasonably priced place with a great atmosphere. We had a great night!!
