Contacted Paul via his website and he got back to us on the same day. Came round and discussed the options for a new boiler, making sure it was the one that suited our needs and not the most expensive one. Quote was sent the next day and we were booked in. No problems when we changed our mind and went for a different control system (Hive).
Turned up on the day at the time arranged, first job was to explain everything he would be doing and to lay down dust sheets in the area he would be working.
Boiler fitted with minimal disruption and he arranged the electrician to set up the Hive.
System commissioned on the same day and he went through everything with us as to how it worked and answered all of our questions.
Old boiler and associated stuff all taken away, and everything tidied up.
We had a Worcester Bosch system with a 12 year parts and labour guarantee, for which Paul is an accredited installer.
Would gladly recommend him, a proper skilled tradesman, who are hard to find these days.

Excellent service..
Paul visited my house and spent well over one hour describing which central heating boiler he would fit and where he would locate it in the house and how it would be done. He followed this up with a quotation for the work that same night and one week later the work has been completed as promised. He was polite and friendly throughout and left me as a very satisfied customer. I would recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing or heating jobs to be done.
