i do not recommend this post office! The Asian guy who works here has brought the. Business down and is very rude and unfriendly! I can’t wait for this post office to be in the hands of someone who doesn’t rip people off!! I used two love using this post office but then for the Last two years this post office has declined considerably. The man acts like he doesn’t want to be there and has no customer service skills whatsoever!! Don’t come here unless you want to be disappointed!!!!

Went to post a parcel earlier this morning. Not busy when I went in. I was literally next in line. Gave up after waiting about 20-25 minutes!! Lady behind the desk had no urgency whatsoever. Left a big cue outside when I left. AWFUL SERVICE!!!

Indian women who serve me at post office during the COVID-19 always overcharge my letters, small letter should cost 1.63, but she always saying its a large letter and charge 3.66. Even my letter is less than 20 g and fits exactly for small letter she even not trying to do her best. Unhelpful. Not recommend!

I had a parcel which was important resent to this post office as I was on nights this wk i went before the closing time twice on the Friday each time closed was told they are not open till Tuesday now so my parcel is at risk of being sent back to seller no note on door explaing anything so not happy with service.
