Paul and everyone at Shoobridge Funeral's were amazing when my Mum died. I have had a very difficult few years losing first my Dad, then my best friend and now my Mum. I have therefore dealt with quite a few different funeral directors across the country and I have to say that Paul was a breath of fresh air. I felt cared for and supported throughout and felt I could trust him completely. He took time to connect with us as a family and to learn about my Mum. I also appreciated his transparency on pricing. Where other funeral director's merely offered the standard package regardless of Covid restrictions, Paul offered a bespoke service tailored to our individual needs with no cost for services not used and no hidden additional costs. The service offered on the day of my Mum's funeral also exceeded all expectations. All the traditional little touches made the day so special. From walking in front of the hearse to the veil used to shroud the coffin, it was just perfect. I cannot recommend Paul and Shoobridge Funeral's enough. Thank you so much for everything.

I contacted Shoobridge Funeral Services to discuss the funeral arrangements for my baby daughter. I was impressed with their initial help so called back to ask them to proceed with helping us. They asked if they could call back in a little while. No call was ever received but i was also asked by text for the order of service to be confirmed for another person. I don’t like leaving a negative review however at an already devastating time this really is not the level of service I would expect.

Colin in particular, but the whole team were just fantastic. Compassionate, professional, nothing too much trouble. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dad died during lockdown in June. We were not sure how many people would be allowed at the funeral, so Colin offered to be the usher, and also to conduct the service. I know value should not be an issue, but my dad wanted no money spent on his funeral! I don't know how the team were able to give such a wonderful service for so little money. Mum also visited dad at the chapel of rest daily for nearly two weeks and they were lovely to her. Thank you. A wonderful wonderful service. Thank you. And of course, dad, we miss you and love you so much.

We had the funeral of a dear family member during lockdown so it was a difficult time to lose a loved one. Paul conducted the funeral absolutely impeccably, everything was so carefully thought through and his sensitivity to our sad situation was clear and genuine. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Shooebridge funeral directors for their professionalism and dignity they provide for your loved ones.
