Convenient location and the majority of staff are exceptional. Let down by a trumped up lanky self important manager. They've setup a one-way system to ensure that every customer (infectious or otherwise) has to cover every square inch of the store's footprint. Then the manager struts up and down the aisles about telling everyone to give him space. Also no management of queue outside the store. Why doesn't the manager display the patience that all of his customers already have.

Extremely rude manager Tim. Tim needs a significant course in dealing with customers, with specific needs. Seemingly this is not the first time he has been reported to Head Office.

The majority of staff are okay. However, unfortunately one particular customer assistant named Tim is extremely rude & his attitude stinks! Twice now i have encountered problems with this individual. I reported him to the store manager, who did nothing! Subsequently, i have sent an email to the chief executive.

Won't be going back SD measures ridiculous and one member of staff very aggressive in his tone. I'm not a leper. Being treated like one is offensive.
