Polite friendly staff. Quality of food is excellent. Very clean.
Really disappointed. I met a friend today, who I haven't seen in months. We decided to use the M&S Exe Bridge Cafe and the staff were so rude! They served someone behind us, in the queue, because we were looking at the menu, above the counter and clearly we were taking too long. We had to ask for cutlery to eat our food with, which was practically thrown at us (with a big huff and a sigh). I know hospitality is a very thankless job role but we had done nothing wrong...We had just decided that it might have been a nice place for coffee, a snack and a chat. It was not.
Convenient, parking can be an issue at busy times. Always well stocked though. It's not just any shop!
Staff always greet me, they are polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this store.
Taking corona seriously unlike many other stores. Welcoming, visibly clean, hand sanitizer. Great shop.
