Parking cost £26, the bathroom had no curtain at the window so when I was showering the block behind could see me. There was no hot water and the heater cut off in the middle of the night so it got very cold. Other than the the only decent thing was the bed
The only thing this hotel has going for it is it’s superb location. The bedding was clean, but the room we were in was in desperate need of a spruce up. The bathroom was not especially clean. You need a background in mountaineering to negotiate the stairs, but with a bit of love this would not be a bad hotel for 1/2 nights in Cardiff.
Noisy room. Clean and with everything one might need. Old furniture and uncomfortable bed and pillow
Decent price. Could have a better service and less shady looking location.
Stayed here over a year ago for the Velothon. Cheap and cheerful. Great value and location. Rather oddly, a discount deal for guests was advertised for the chicken shop downstairs, yet the offer wasn't honoured. Rubbish chicken shop, good hotel.
