A truly stunning property!
Absolutely perfect in every way.
- Spacious
- Immaculately prepared.
- Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
- Ideally located within 20 minutes walk of the city centre, the Quay or the University.
We have stayed in quite a few excellent properties in the past when vacationing in the UK, but this has surpassed them all by a country mile.
Will be top of the list for the future whenever we return to Exeter.
I would book this property again in a heartbeat. It has the feel of a luxury hotel but the privacy of your own home. Fantastic location, bright and sunny rooms, beautifully furnished and equipped, private parking, a short stroll from Waitrose supermarket. Five stars all round!
We stayed at this fabulous apartment for a week with our two (grown up) children. It's in an ideal location - so quiet, nice area, but just a short walk or drive to town. The apartment has everything you need and more. For those, like me, who actually like cooking while on holiday, the kitchen is a dream. The bedrooms and loungeroom - very roomy and comfortable. Thanks Philip for the cream tea on arrival! Would I recommend? Absolutely.

Excellent apartment within walking distance of the city centre. Apartment had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting area, two bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
