Extremely rude member of staff and filthy shop. Attempted to pay a cheque envelope into today, the member of staff refused to Stamp my paying in book despite ot being a legal requirement of my business and when I asked for it back she first refused this. Every post office, bank give a receipt and stamp in the book. No explanation was given as the the refusal. I feel the staff need better training here.

This is by far the post office with the rudest staff I have ever encountered! They don't respond to your greetings and make you feel like they'd rather you didn't go there! I use the "click and drop" service from Royal Mail and the lady, Debbie I believe, was having trouble to process my parcels and started muttering that it would be so much easier if I just paid for postage in store rather than doing it at home. She then handed my parcels back, blaming me for "having done it wrong". I had to go to another post office where they happily processed my parcels with no issues at all! Avoid going to this post office, if given the option.

The service is excellent and I have found the staff friendly and courteous.The owners of the business are Community Orientated and will be hosting one of the External Community defibrillators for Alphington
