To Busy For Health & Safety Apparently this site has been to busy to follow Gas Safe guidelines. I find this totally unacceptable. When visiting a site I always ensure the boiler has an in date certificate displayed. Not the case this time. We were both very concerned that this had not been serviced. Luckily it had but they had been to busy to follow GasSafe guidelines in displaying it. Also for 3 days we had to endure a neighbour smoking weed on their lodge balcony. Again this is not acceptable. I don't feel safe at this resort. Its fair from family friendly. Obviously this asks the question, what else are they too busy to do?

It’s been a truly wonderful week. The log cabin (23) was a great size for a family of five. We visited during the COVID pandemic so we’re not able to take advantage of the services within the park, but we will be looking to revisit in the future - when the world returns to ‘normal’.

Traditional Lodge No.27, Foxglove Road. Old fashioned lodge, not cleaned properly, sticky plastic table cloth, spider web inside and worse on the deck. Open plan living room small with old leather sofas, it’s awful and depressing to stay in this lodge. Door lock to the deck was not working. No light outside the building which surrounded by trees. Completely dark outside. This is why Hoseasons/Finlake don’t show photos of these Traditional lodges in their website. Very disappointed with the standard of the lodge. Not expect this at all. Small bathroom walk in shower. Not comfortable to stay in the lodge. Checked out two days earlier and moved to the hotel.

We stayed in a lodge with a hot tub the beginning of July after lockdown had being lifted.We didn't know what to expect because we had never being here before.We had a lovely lodge with a hot tub.It had everything we needed and more.Used the Restaurant a couple of nights.Had to have our temperature taken and give contact details.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Would go back tomorrow. Trying to book another break there now.
