I had the pleasure of dealing with Carl and Neil at Tonepohl plumbing when we had a problem with our boiler resulting in no hot water. They not only fixed the problem promptly with their clear expertise and knowledge but were very friendly and made us feel like our problem matter to them. I will be recommending this company to everyone and personally wouldn't use anyone else again. Thank you!!
Plumber arrived early and was quick and efficient - also friendly and courteous. Very tidy - I was impressed with the thoroughness of the boiler service and very happy with the new radiator valve. I also received a safety certificate for the boiler - which I have never had before from my previous plumber! The cost was very reasonable too.
From.phone to boiler it just happens!! Neil is an absolute asset!! Nice to have trust too! Bonus!!!!
