Shocking service. I do pop into this place regularly and it is normally good but I witnessed a member of staff being rude to the customer in front of me. She was an alderly women and was in the process of buying a selection of items. The guy and just finished ringing the items through the till and had said the total. The women didn't hear and said pardon. He then replied "I don't like repeating myself, its pointless. The price is here Love" pointing the the till display some 3ft above her head. This happened at 2.30pm on Friday 21st Dec. Sack this fool on the spot as he clearly isn't suitable to work with the public. A few days after leaving this review the management did get in touch amd told me that they would deal with the member of staff. Hopefully this will draw a line under this. I have therefore changed my original 1 star review to 2 stars.
