Completely ruined this shop. For years a cat has been visiting this shop and keeping customers happy, but then one STUPID person, just ONE, complained, and now all of us are upset as the staff arent allowed to pet the cat any more. I wont be going back until they see sense!
I like Madeira cake and my Tobacco and think the staff are great, friendly and really try to please most of the unfriendly customers that shop there.
one staff member inparticular is very rude actually but the rest are quite polite i am finding her name and reporting her soon...
