Non responsive, poor communication and lack of urgency from Mr Bullman. We have no heating or hot water and need a new boiler pump as advised but have not heard from Mr Bullman since only to say 'he'll be in touch', and even then I had to chase him for that update. Tired of waiting for nearly a week because my family and young child are freezing cold and have been for days while waiting for Mr Bullman to contact us. We have contacted another professional who at a day's notice jumped to the urgency of our situation and is coming out to fix by Monday. Do not use this service as you will quite literally be left out in the cold.

This guy just doesn't phone back. All you will get is an answerphone, so you leave a message asking him to phone you. Then you wait and wait for a call back and he doesn't bother. If he is too busy to fix your heating, he should have the courtesy to let you know, so you don't freeze for days on end wasting time waiting for him.
