The new owners are so unhelpful and rude, pre-paid many of parcels, went down there and was told that they needed to go to the sorting office, Ringwood, as they are no longer accepted there. On Royal Mail's website it says to take it to your local Post Office, called them up another time and they responded fine for the first 2 minutes and they said he couldn't hear me and hung up. We are now sending with Hermes as there is no queue and you can drop the parcels off no fuss and they don't have rude owners. If they don't help me why should I go and help them by sending post in the store???

I’ve just been rudely asked regarding the five parcels I wished to send “why have you brought them here?”
Because you’re a post office.
I’d prepaid these parcels to cut down the time that I’d need to spend in the post office.
Reasons:
1, to speed the queue along
& more importantly
2, because there’s a virus still around.
Rude and unhelpful.
Good Post Office with nice staff people need to realise at the moment other local post offices are only taking 3 parcels that's why there is no queue Verwood Post Office will take all your parcels and when this is all over people that are moaning will probably never use them again.
