Lovely cosy pub, visited September 1st 2020.
Best food we've experienced in and around Corfe. Unfortunately had some really bad quality meals at other pubs.
Ordered the blue vinny steak pie with mash, veg was cooked to perfection, pie was excellent. My son had the lemon sole & we ordered burger & chips, followed by the best chocolate brownie we've tried & a plum & ginger crumble with ice cream, delicious.
All three staff members were super friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Will definitely return on our next visit to Purbeck.

Amazing pub with great atmosphere! Perfectly cooked food made out of fresh, good quality ingredients. 5* for the Chef. Staff very polite, caring and professional 👍Can't wait to come back 🤩
We camped in the field overnight, the staff were really lovely and the facilities clean although basic. We are there too and had the sardines and seafood platter and both were great. We'd definitely visit again, especially to camp as it was quiet and tucked away with a nice view.
Mains and starters on each of our 3 visits were delicious especially the seafood. The desserts were a little less exciting but I would still recommend it highly. Service was excellent.
On a foul day of rain and wind ( looking bedraggled and with muddy boots) we were made incredibly welcome at the pub and the food was really good. The waitresses were very busy but were attentive and they even managed to seem relaxed.
