Fantastic park. Immaculately kept, very friendly staff. We visited in late October and the weather was very autumnal.! But the park and surrounding area is beautiful. I imagine in the summer months it would be even better.! The outdoor heated pool looks very inviting (closed this time of year) and loads of wide open gressy areas to sit and enjoy life. The woods offer a variety of walks should you wish to explore further. Facilities on site, despite the current climate, are excellent, and the shop stocks pretty much everything you might need. Definitely be returning here again next summer.! 100% recommended
Stayed at Wareham Forest a few weeks ago and got to say I have never felt so relaxed. Excellent facilities, staff and lovely pitches.
Unfortunately because of COVID some things were closed and the toilet and swimming pool were restricted which was totally understandable.
Rates are high but you get what you pay for. WELL DONE.
Lovely family run quiet camp/touring site with various options of location spots. Nicely stocked shop. Adequate play lpark for kids with large playing field/picnic area. Nice woodland walk surrounding the park suitanle for dog walking or letting the kids ride around. Definitely would recommend if your looking for a quiet chilled stay.
Wow. Was this a gem to visit on a 4 day camping break.
Staff friendly and helpful, the site spacious and clean with 2 shower, cleaning and toilet blocks. We never had to queue for the loo or a shower.
The shop was well stocked with a great selection of cheeses, meats, fresh bread, alcohol and those camping emergencies you may need.
A great pool and good play areas for the children. Going back next year for sure
The site is very well kept , however in all our years of camping have we never felt so uncomfortable, it's very regimented & staff were over rude at times, we would never stay there again, we felt like naughty school children & no visitors, friends or family were allowed to visit, we've stayed everywhere since covid ... but these guys should close rather that ruin your holiday by stupid rules ...glad to be home!!!! We wanted a holiday... not a concentration camp !
