Nice caravan, clean and tidy functional rather than homely. Only downside was location as our van van backed onto the main road so it was very noisy at night when we went to bed, luck of the draw really. Loved the overall feel of the site, with all the trees it really felt like we were in the middle of the woods. On site chippy was great, luckily for us all food and drink was half price during our stay 😀.

We camped in our tent for five nights in September. I must say reading the reviews on here did worry me - mainly the ones that mentioned the cleanliness of the toilets/showers. Everything was fine, the areas were always clean. I imagine keeping up the standard of cleaning is more difficult during peak season tho. The pitch we had was spacious and grass was in the condition you would expect this time if year. Noise was not a problem but again this could be down to the fact there are not as many people about as during the school holidays. The shop was well stocked. I cannot comment on the clubhouse as we didn't use it. The site is approximately a mile from railway station and there are bus stops just near the site entrance so great for public transport links. We have no complaints about our stay. The holiday was very reasonably priced. The facilities were clean. We will definitely stay here again but I would personally avoid the busy periods as it's a large site and I don't think I would enjoy it as much when it is busy.

Had a lovely caravan with a veranda and everything we needed. Was very quiet as second lockdown was starting. Ideal base for days out to the coast and New Forest. Didn't use any of the site facilities except for fish and chips - which were very nice. Would definitely go again.

Lovely holiday Park. Great club house and hard working staff. Club house is a good size and the service is very good. Entertainment staff work very hard. Very clean restaurant, good cooked food. Great service. Pool is a good size inside and outside pool. Staff are working very hard to keep within covid restrictions.

A really nice resort, great for the kids and adults. Just be prepared to book activities well in advance or the kids will get disappointed. The resort over booked this halloween which caused chaos. It took over an hour to go in the club house which was completely packed and no one with masks. Sandford is nice but our latest visit wasn't the experience we hoped for.
