I liked Winchelsea when I stopped here with my family from 17th-24th August. It was a really nice, big site, and the caravan was clean, and was very spacious. However I would have some complaints, firstly, we arrived in the site in our car and going around the site were children in the middle of the roads on their bikes and scooters unattended which was very dangerous, however, I know this is down to the parents and not up to the site itself, also, the beds aren't very big, but it's the same with all Park Holiday's sites when you're just stopping in a caravan, the prices of the drinks in the club were quite high and the food just tasted microwaved, parking was a massive problem with there not being many spaces by your caravan and the spaces being very small, and finally, you have to travel quite far to go to the best locations, such as Margate, however, the site itself was loved very much by me and my family and we enjoyed our weeks stay very much, and we would definitely come back again.

The cleanliness of the Caravan was Excellent! The helpfulness and friendliness of the site staff was second to none. We had an awesome time. Will definitely visit again. Really nice small caravan park with fantastic amenities. Near the sea with lovely beach walks.

Arrived Monday evening to find this lot behind our caravan. Didn't think much of it as we didn't exactly book for the views. But then the construction work started 7:30 the next morning. On our way out we complained, were offered nothing but a promise of a phone call that day from a manager. No phone call. Wednesday morning they started again 7:40. This time we take video and email it and finally the manager comes to talk to us. We're given nothing but excuses of "we didn't realise it would be this close." I find it complete rubbish that the manager of a holiday park doesn't know where construction is located in her own park and seems totally content booking guests right next to it. The only thing we've been offered is to be moved to another caravan 2 nights in to our 4 night stay. So we've had half our only holiday this year after isolating for so long interrupted by construction, and will have to waste half a day packing up just to move from a caravan we shouldn't have been put in in the first place. EXTREMELY disappointed.

First of all I wouldn’t even give it 1 star if it was possible. On arrival didn’t receive keys until 4.30 even though was told could access the caravan at 3 then kept changing later and later. When we got in there had to get someone to come and clean the window as it was filthy. Couldn’t receive signal on the tv. The front room area stunk. The fridge stunk of mouldy milk. The freezer didn’t even work. The bathroom smelt of urine.(silver plus caravan) Had to wait over an hour on all occasions for food, one dish even came out burnt to a crisp. Food wasn’t worth the prices. Tables never wiped and arms were constantly sticking to it. Nothing to do there. Entertainment was good for elderly.
