Top class service from a well run, efficient company.
A few weeks after installing a shower tray I found a couple of hairline cracks around the water outlet. I contacted Banner plumbing and was told that it was not cracked when the job was done and to contact the supplier. He wasn't interested in coming to see the problem and not interested in taking on the job of replacing the shower tray if the supplier replaced it. Also I was told I needed a replacement radiator as I had lost the brackets for the old one. I have since been told this was probably not necessary. I am very disappointed and feel let down.
