Very clean, staff friendly and so helpful, and everything was excellent from start to finish.
Recentely has spinal surgery hers as a NHS patient. Had a few concerns initially in case i was treated differntly but couldnt be further from the truth. I was treated with friendliness,kindness and courtesy by all the staff I came into contact with which made me staff as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances
We, the public have to entrust what we are told by surgeons and at times entrust our lives to these highly paid professionals.
I have had 2 failed back procedures at the hands of a certain Dr. F....r at this hospital. I am in massive pain and am on a not very pleasant combination of Morphine and Pregabalin such is the pain that I am in. I am depressed. And whilst I realise we are in difficult Covid times I cannot and will not accept vagueness to straight forward questions from myself to the hospital. I do wonder if my so called back surgeon ever wonders for a nano second how I am doing having already failed me twice. I also wonder how my business would do if I failed my customer's faith in me in my chosen profession. And thirdly, I wonder if the service would have been any different if I had been a private paying patient? Alas I am not that well off:(
Had to take father in law, great staff in a great location.
