When we arrived, there were only 3 (loud) youths at the bar, but they (thankfully) left. Service of our meals was fast and pleasant, but the place then began to fill up. Service was still very good considering there was only one young lady covering both the bar AND table service. The food was very good.

Not impressed with the food, tasted like it was premade frozen stuff. Drinks tasted off too.

Small bar in an old building, nicely converted to a modern interior. Good food and beer at modest prices. Worth a visit

Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff and good service. The food was lovely and didn't take long to arrive.

- - -10 stars!!!!!!! King prawn linguine consisted of spaghetti pasta, over cooked small prawns, chicken, leek and stilton pie consisted of hard chicken swimming in oil with hard chips all this after a 40 minute wait, just paid for the drinks and left the food on the table.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
