I have no idea where any of these negative reviews are coming from! Been here a few times now, fantastic service every time! Every member of staff is professional yet can enjoy a nice chat with you and have a laugh, making any situation go from nervous to comfortable that you feel able to really open up to them. Couldn't rate higher!

Excellent clinic, wonderfully sensitive staff and a lovely location. So grateful we have this free service, especially since my local Leatherhead clinic has been closed. Thank you NHS

Brilliant. Very kind doctors and we need these great services to stay open! Sexual health is very important. I couldn't speak more highly of the clinic and its staff

The minute I walked in I felt judged by the staff at the front desk. One lady at the desk started laughing at a destressed girl behind her back. The staff communicated with me with a rude attitude and acting like I was stuipd. Staff in a sexual health clinic should be kind and supportive. I am very disappointed and won’t be returning.

This is an absolutely fantastic clinic with an amazing team from the reception right through to the specialists. I have been using this same clinic for about 6 or 7 yrs now.
