I suffer from heavy wax, eustachian tube disorder and moderate tinnitus. My ENT advised me to avoid irrigation to minimise the risk of further damage and so Caterham Ear Centre's microsuction services seemed ideal. The woman on the phone and at reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the Dr was very understanding and reassuring about my concerns since I was anxious about the possibility of the treatment worsening my tinnitus. I had booked in for ear wax removal but after inspecting my ears the Dr advised that I did not need microsuction and I was only charged a small fee for inspection. I was also offered good advice and had all my questions answered including recommendations for places that could help with my inner ear problems since that is something the clinic is understandably not equipped to deal with.

I was very anxious when visiting the clinic. A previous attempt elsewhere to resolve my hearing problem had not worked and caused a lot of pain that was getting worse each day. Dr Crispin-Chavez explained what he was doing throughout and worked very carefully and sensitively. Seeing it all on screen helped me feel more in control and less nervous. Yes it was painful but only briefly and because the wax stuck to my eardrum. The relief was immediate like some kind of miracle! Wish I'd gone here in the first place and not bothered with the NHS ENT consultant who didn't have the equipment and skill/time to help!

I had a blocked left ear which the NHS wasn't able to help with (besides drops). I really wish I would have come here sooner as it would have stopped my possible infection! Both the administrator and doctor were amazing and thoroughly helpful throughout the entire process. I went on Thursday which had the £70 offer which I think was a little steep but on review thoroughly worth it! Especially as he said mine were one of the worst he had seen in months... but thank you for persevering!

I was recommended to the clinic by a family member so I went yesterday after having severe ear ache and they have relieved my pain thank goodness! I cannot thank them enough! The staff are so lovely and they were very attentive to my needs. Would definitely recommend!
