Lovely location on hill amidst trees, good price and great communication via email before. The friendly receptionist recommended a nice walk near by. Spacious room. TV not working. I am annoyed about that but it will do me good to read instead. Some lights broken. It is a little bit shabby but it seems clean and there is hot water! Beds all clean and tidy...fresh clean towels. Lovely curtains and I love having a balcony and I can keep an eye on my car! The restaurant looks like it could be tasty!
Ideal for our needs as we were working in the area. The staff are very pleasant and the hotel is in a quiet but very convenient location just off the M25. The rooms are very spacious. During the several weeks we stayed there there was no T.V working in any of the rooms. Overall we have enjoyed our stay
We’ve just stayed at the bridge house hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious and bright, with wonderful views of the trees and North Downs. Great location for walks and parking is easy. Superb and friendly staff. Seems to be an issue with a weak internet signal which I found with my personal mobile 4G too, but overall an excellent stay. Good food too.
Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Absolute dive. Dirty seriously dated. Could only get two channels on the 20 year old tv. Rooms shockingly worn out and with complete lash up repairs. Trust me don’t waste your money!
After booking and paying before departure only to arrive after a 3hr journey to find the hotel is actually shut and not operating. Customer service were attempting to push me to a more expensive hotel of theirs. Am currently pursuing a refund and am very disappointed in this as I have now had to make other arrangements.
