Room was OK and staff were lovely but there was an old Malteaser under my bed which I found when I dropped something. There had been no Malteasers consumed by us. 😒
Depends on which room you stay and generally I would say don’t have expectations otherwise you’ll be hugely disappointed.
If you are a light sleeper that gets a room facing the railway you may not get any sleep.
The cleaning isn’t great, some people there speak in a English that’s really hard to understand.
The hotel is child and disabled friendly they only offer the bare basics which is ok for a night before catching a flight or seeing friends and family that live in the area but it’s not the ideal place to spend a holiday.
So now after 5 hours and no one available to refill soap dispenser.

The man who has just spent 2 hours fixing the appliance behind the bar asks how much is your ice cream?
She wants to charge him full.
I bought the nice gentleman from Uganda the ice cream.
I’m ashamed of my country when people are treated like this!
Not very nice.
Double glazing in bedroom did not stop the train noise.
Thin walls in Bedroom heard people talking and banging all night.Dirty carpets throughout hotel and bedroom.
No would not stay again.
Staff were brilliant and can't do enough for you. Unfortunately the put up beds are so hard its like sleeping on the floor and the shower goes hot and cold.
