Lovely place to go and relax. We’ve stayed here twice in 2020. The first time was whilst the lockdown of as announced. They kept us well informed of what we needed to do. The lodge was lovely and clean and we had a lovely rest.
The second visit the lodge was beautiful. My daughter had an accident which needed stitches at the hospital. The first aider on site was lovely and handled it fantastically.
We look forward to coming back later this year.
Was a last minute break my sister & I booked for our mum's birthday. Wasn't disappointed with the lodge at all, well equipped we had a 3 bedroom lodge, with master bedroom having an ensuite bathroom which was ideal for our mum, beds made up on arrival, towels provided. It was lovely & peaceful loved watching the wildlife birds. Visited the foresters bar & restaurant for afternoon tea which was excellent, staff pleasant & helpful, plenty of walks around the forest dog friendly too. Will definitely be booking to stay again in the near future. Clean tidy place, staff helpful, even a shop inside with all amenities.
Been here several times now never disappoints.
Facilities are excellent, accommodation is clean and well presented.

Lovely park set in a beautiful forest. Close to many things to do if you want to get out and about without having full days. We stayed in the Glade area which was peaceful, the lodges were really nice (albeit not enough hangers!) and the hot tub was really lovely and maintained twice a day. Worth every penny
