Went here to get an international driving permit. The staff at the counter told me they can’t accept my photo because it was blurry. This is nonsense, it’s printed by the passport booth. Went to another post office at Arley Kings and it was sorted without any problems using the same perfectly clear photo. The staff here are unhelpful and make false claims so they don’t need to assist. Awful post office!

Awful service yet again, no point complaining as management basically say you are lying so reviewing is only way, bad customer service and accusations that are untrue and unfounded, found alternative post office and was given excellent service and processed request with no rudeness or accusations!! Hence will not return will use alternative!!

I was treated badly at this post office multiple times. The staff here are very unhelpful. I’m going to travel to another one next time even though I live in Stourport.

After helping an old lady who had fallen over outside of the door I entered in high spirits, with a longer queue than expected. I was un-phased. After standing for a short period it was apparent why the longer wait time the staff seemed unwilling to serve. This was my first on the downward spiral of this encounter. On being served a rather blunt lady began with "what do you have?" a second on the downward spiral. Having then some letters for Ireland I was met with "well north or south", I am already knowing southern has begun issuing postcodes it took me a few moments to double check. The lady kept with the rudeness. Then to end it off I needed to make sure the thickness of the letters met within the criteria I requested they were check the lady then tried to force my letters through the gap I now believe the nice wedding invitation to be damaged. So with the rudeness of the staff, incompetence and low customer service I will not be supporting this local business!!
