I am really happy with ashgreen. But the people I would like to thank alot are sue hedley and Jo varela they are amazing to people. and they both go that extra mile and always their for everybody. Thank you sue for making our ward so nice and safe for all kinds. Thank u Jo varela for being so supportive and not going out of my life when I sack u. You deserve 5* from me. If it wasn't for Jo I wouldn't be able to open up and this lady has helped me ever since she came in 2017. She is doing her job such amazing. Ever since she came I would let go from her. I have been coming to ash green centre for nearly 9 years now I have good help from the sensory staff this year my anxiety levels it has benefitted me when I have had major problems in the past at the place I have good service from ots at ash green to make me independent and I am not been ranting on about the place in chesterfield I am fed up with outpatient appointments been constantly changed a lot this year I have been let down a lot this year with outpatient appointments been shifted to another date your outpatient admin staff need to be aware not let me down over people down with canceled appointments because it is stressed me and my mum is not happy with outpatient admin staff send me letter after letter saying sorry your outpatient appointments has changed because of other circumstances and I am not happy with outpatient system this year been moved to another date this year I am not happy with it been changed the outpatient appointments it is needs to stop letting me down and my family down
I think ashgreen here has a very high potenial and i think hillside staff are getting much more better at learning to cope and work with adults with personality disorders. And much more understanding thanks to jo.varela helping the staff on the ward to understand me and work with me.
