The one star is for the lady doing the scan she was lovely. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off. Had a gender reveal scan with them which was perfect. Returned to have a hd scan with them unfortunately he wasn’t facing the right way so she couldn’t get any good pictures of him which we accept. She told us she would downgrade us we would get two pictures and £20 refund this is not what happened and much to our surprise the lady behind the desk was rude to her colleague and to us telling us we couldn’t have a £20 refund and that she would send the scans (that are no good can’t see anything) to us. Paid £49 for gender reveal and got scans we could use so £69 for the same thing but really really bad scans absolute rip off glad I didn’t go for the £89 Christmas package. Had a phone call from a lady today as I messaged them that night and was pretty much pointless she offered to do another scan but as I’m 30 weeks pregnant now and having a scan at the hospital just after Christmas there’s no point she couldn’t offer any other solution to the problem definitely wouldn’t be using them again

Fantastic service. The reception staff were very welcoming and lovely. Couldnt help us enough, as we wanted the gender in an envelope and a heartbeat bear. The sonographer was super attentive and you could tell he was super skilled. He ensured that he switched the screen off so we couldn't see the gender and talked us through the whole scan. They were super clean & safe too. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a special 16 week gender scan. The pictures were amazing and he even sent videos to confirm the gender, which put my mind at rest. Definitely recommend, fantastic service. Thank you again!

We have been for 3 scans here this year two of which were early gender scans, we was given the second one free because they couldn’t tell the gender at the time on the first scan, we was 15 weeks 2 days which was a little early but they do advertise from 15 weeks. On the second scan we was assured the baby was a girl, the sonographer even sent the video to a third party to be sure! 9 weeks later after hospital scans we have since found out we are actually having a boy!! These things do happen and it does state in the booking process results are not 100% For us this is a story to look back and laugh at thankfully, however personally I do think 15 weeks may be a little early to offer a gender scan. Overall though the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, a very nice and clean environment too which is reassuring given the current situation especially. ******************************************************* After writing the above review, a lovely lady from the company contacted me, and I must say it was so nice and reassuring to receive a phone call so quickly too, I didn’t write the review with the intentions of receiving any complimentary scans etc I was very happy with the services we received regardless and still are. We attended a complimentary confirmation gender scan today and me and my partner really did enjoy it, it was so comforting to see the definite gender in such a nice setting too, the sonographer had so much time for us and explained things so clearly, made the whole experience so worth while, we left feeling so happy and relieved which is what every expectant parent wants to feel after seeing their baby. We are booked in soon for a HD scan in a few weeks which we are really looking forward too! Again the reception staff were so welcoming and professional especially with the current situation with COVID 19 every time we have visited we are made to feel at ease especially with the level of cleanliness too. Regardless of our mix up we will definitely be returning and I will still be recommending Meet your Miracle to friends, family and anyone else who are considering using their services. We feel very grateful for the prompt contact and how nicely we have been treated. We would like to say a huge Thank You to the company for the wonderful services we have received!

We visited today for a gender scan. The place is absolutely beautiful and the staff are lovely. We was having a gender surprise and the staff were incredibly helpful in keeping it secret so that it was a surprise for us. Can not recommend this place enough the staff are so helpful and really friendly and you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive.

* Update * The owner called me recently to discuss the issues with our visit. The teething problems have now been resolved and we were offered the chance to come back for another scan so they can show us what the experience should be. Baby had already arrived in August so unfortunately this couldn't be arranged. _______________ I appreciate this review is delayed (appt in June), however, the fact that I am still disappointed with the service provided I feel the need to share. We came to 4Dreams excited and looking forward to the scan. I bought a package for my Sister in law and her partner. I was aware that the company was changing hands but I thought the new people would have some idea what they were doing. Once we arrived we got told that they had no record of how much money I had paid. I told them I had paid the deposit which was half of the full amount. I tried to keep the cost discreet as this was a gift. The member of staff didn't know what the cost was and asked me to specify - so much for being discreet!! We were then told that they couldn't do the keyrings for us as they didn't know how so they would take £5 off the total. Whilst in the room for the scan, it took the sonographer quite a while to set everything up. All we could hear was the other people in the waiting room. The scan went really well. We chose a heartbeat bear which was included in the package. It was the last rabbit on the shelf and the member of staff at the desk struggled to fit the sound device into the rabbit. She offered a £2 refund to which I just thought there was no point. Due to her not having any change we actually got a £5 refund. In hopes that all the problems had ended, we were then told that they couldn't print the photographs and that they would post them once they had fixed the problem. When the photos arrived, my sister in law told me that the picture wasn't a full 6 x 4 photo and had a white border. She had to pay to get the pictures printed herself to fit a 6 x 4 frame. Safe to say, not only were we all disappointed, I was embarrassed. Thinking I was treating them to something relaxing for it to turn out to be a stressful situation. One disappointment after another. We were glad to leave.
