What a joke this place. I have an appointment now and still have to call the GB before enter. It's cold outside, phone did not answer so nice. Thank you NHS. I am not happy to pay you

COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!! 7 minuets on hold with TOO LOUD MUSIC!!!!! Receptionists who are unwilling to help and stick to their script at all times. no help or budging if you work away and have to have a FULL day off work for a 5 minuet appointment. how they expect an employer to 'make an exception' and allow mobile phones during work (sacking offence) just on the off chance a nurse will phone them?

Friendly staff, but the telephone system is awful. I have been trying to get throuhg to reception for the past couple of days regrding an appointmnet and the same happend last week. I wait, it sounds like somene is connecting me and then I get cut off. Awesome skills! :-(
