Reigate Taxis were superb today. Needed an urgent taxi for my son who’s lift had fallen through. Can not fault them. Brilliant on the phone, turned up speedily and got him where he needed to be for a very reasonable price. They let me pay over the phone as well. Thank you so much for helping us!

I booked a taxi to collect me from my house and go to a local train station. I was doing this to catch a specific train. When the taxi didn’t turn up not notify me that they were running ten minutes late, I had to drive myself and rush to get this train. Utterly unacceptable and I will not be using them again as this is the second time they have arrived late for a collection.

Can't Pre book - seriously? Trying to book an airport transfer and they're asking me to call on Sunday... 12 hours before the time I need a taxi. Not good for someone who needs to arrange an airport taxi. Exactly the same person answered for Priory Cars - same company, same response.

I normally pay 5 to 6 pound in an uber or roadrunnerz taxi and these guys charged me 8 pounds to do 1.7 miles. An absolute joke that taxis can overprice trips. I tried to explain but the driver wouldn't listen nor would his colleague he rang. Last time I use these guys. Don't use them you'll get ripped of!

Genuinely faultless service. After being let down by another absolutely useless local firm, Reigate taxis fitted us in on a very busy Saturday night....and our dog who we genuinely forgot to mention when ordering! The punctual driver was trepidatious BUT accommodating to our needs and very understanding. We must have appeared as the worst clients ever but he was fully professional throughout so a sure sign of a fully robust service! I would not choose any other taxi firm from now on or recommend anyone else to my friends. Keep up the great work, Reigate Taxis.
