It's clearly advertised that this isn't a walk in and you need an appointment.
I got an appointment via 111 and was seen within 30 minutes of this time.
Brilliant considering the staff had to deal with so many rude people demanding to be seen without an appointment.
Ons of the worst experiences I've had. Can't believe my hard-earned tax payers money is going to these people. I definitely intend to make a formal complaint!

We have been quite lucky
We were seen within 10min. The lady doctor was friendly, helpful and lovely to my son
Also found a parking space which was a bonus as we weren't expecting to park on site
New Years Eve my dad visited here after experiencing blurred / double vision, memory loss, confusion and pins and needles in one side. The doctor sent him on his way diagnosing him with a migraine even though he couldn't tell us where places are that he regularly goes. After not accepting this and calling 111 he was taken by ambulance to LRI to be told he had suffered multiple mini strokes. We could have easily accepted the doctors diagnosis and who knows what would have happened down the line, my dad requires surgery to correct a blood clot in his brain - it's scary how easily this was missed and the word negligent comes to mind.
Excellent service, made an appointment through the 111 service in the morning. Appointment was at 1pm. Arrived took my coat off, was about to get my book out ready for the wait and the doctor called me straight in. She was lovely. Sorted my problem, went to the chemist over the road to get prescription and I was on the way home by 1.20pm. Very happy 😃
