Very disappointed with the service. The nurse I saw refused ot make any allowances or adjustments for my disability.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The staff are unbelievably unorganized and have not got a clue. They lie about names of people when I rang to complain. They don't know what sample bottle to give for mucus and then call us back in because they say they forgot to give sample to lab man when I gave it 2 and half hours b4 closing. Said they were busy when only 2 patients were in waiting room. DO NOT TRUST.

I moved to the area and HAD to register at this Drs as the one I wanted to register at said I couldn't as I was two houses outside the boundary. It is impossible to get an appointment, when I ring at 8am I am 25th in the queue and because I have to be in my place of employment by 8:10am I can not stay on line. I went onto the online booking system, even at 6:30am and there is NEVER an appointment available. I went in and spoke to the receptionist who told me she would 'lose her job' if she was to give me one of the appointments that were just released! She was so unhelpful that actually other patients, who were waiting, tried to help me. I have downloaded the recommended app, Docly, which is useless as I need to book an appointment for my teenage daughter and cannot do this through the app. I used to be at a Drs where, if you were poorly, you just went a queued outside and you got seen straight away. There is absolutely no flexibility around the needs of the patients.

Fast appointment. Really helpful secretarial staff called me back to confirm appoints. Very happy.
