Cannot praise highly enough after 2 separate visits over the past 10 days. Staff were fantastic, waiting times were minimal and the social distancing in place made me feel safe and cared for. Well done LRI.

Usually have to endure QMC or City Hospital, so I had low expectations, but since arriving all the staff in the A&E dpt here have been absolutely fantastic. All the nurses have been so kind and supportive, the level of organisation is worlds apart from Notts, the equipment is modern, functioning and stocked up. Even on New Year's Day at 5am, (coming off a long night shift) all the staff were both efficient and attentive. Medical staff like these really make the difference when you're vulnerable and in pain!

Had an orthopedic appointment with Mr Modi. He is without doubt the rudest most dismissive consultant I've ever met. This horrible little man didn't even look up from computer screen during the consultation and he was rude and gave one word answers throughout. Patients should be treated with respect and talked to like a human being at the very least. I don't expect anything to change as management will be well aware of Mr Modi but seemingly do nothing. The fact this man also moonlights as a private consultant, no doubt adding thousands to his already massive NHS salary is sickening.
