third world service!!! Receptionists need help to understand their jobs first. Don't know what they have to do, ... if you're sick, you get worse. please NHS responsibles !!!! do something

Rang to have my implant removed and was told they do not do it anymore, my Doctor's said it's a waiting list there, so go to The Haymarket behind TKMaxx....sounds like a back street clinic. No appointments...ring on the 2nd Jan. 🤬🤬🤬

Was first in line from 6am. Had to use the lift to reach the first floor. Everyone else behind me had to use the stairs. They reached reception before me and I was told to wait at the back of the line. I was so angry but I'm also very vocal, I put the rude receptionist in her place. Not a good place for wheelchair users or parents with pushchairs.

Was asked to provide 2 forms of ID as I don't have a driving licence or passport to prove I was entitled NHS gp service which I did. But I was still refused registration saying it wasn't enough and should try somewhere else.
