The reception staff very very very rude and bad. I booked two apartments for my daughters(they were very sick) by 111. I didn't know where is the place exactly and when I hopefully arrived to the place just 5 minutes later the reception asked me to go back with my daughters seeing a doctor because I late 5 minutes. I was shocked and ask her my daughters very sick please could the doctor see them but unfortunately she refused. The worse reception staff ever they don't have any humanity.
