Systems built to fail! Can only book appointments at 0800 or 1300! You can see how this may cause problems in an already densely populated part of the city. Makes it extremely tough to book an appointment. Lady on the phone said I couldn't book an appointment for a different day either when I rang at 0955 today. I can understand 0800 or 1300 for emergency same day appointments but what about if I wanted one tomorrow or the day after? I'm not having a go at the staff, but more so the booking system!
The receptionist Heena is very rude and started shouting at me. I called the surgery to arrange medication as I have just been released from hospital after open heart surgery.
She refused to help and hung up me twice leaving me begging her to get the doctor to call me back. Of which she refused. Also claimed she didn't care and hung up once again. She is a vile and should not take advantage of vulnerable people.
I called this morning to book a phone consult, they said to call at 1pm, lines were busy then. I called again at 3pm. Receptionist told me to call tomorrow morning. When I said I was told to call this afternoon she hung up on me. I started driving so my partner who is a doctor working at hospital took over trying to book this for me and called again- the phone was on bluetooth car speaker. She told the receptionist that we have been trying to book this and keep being told to call later. My partner was very nice but trying to understand the system. The receptionist SHOUTED saying “I won’t explain and argue” and hung up on her. We called again just asking for the receptionist’s name, she said I won’t give you my name and hung up again.
We are healthcare professionals working in medical settings, we are appalled and disgusted by the way we were spoken to and would never treat our own patients this way. Being stressed is no excuse, we are all stressed and working on the front line. We of course called back and got her name from someone else who answered the phone (which we will confirm with the GP) and this complaint is going straight to NHS England, and will be followed through, because sick people should not be treated this way for simply wanting care.
This surgery staff is very rude I been to surgery on 13th April I wasn’t know to make appointment on phone and the surgery online system is always down it’s not working properly just been to surgery to ask about appointment one lady tried to explain from other side one another lady with Carly and damage hear came and told me get out from hear I said I’m talking to this lady and she explain it you can’t tell me get out talk nicely but as usual she rude this is her fourth times she do this kind of behaviour with me and with my wife!!!
If you have zero tolerance policy ok I respect that
but your staff don’t have any right to insulting me and my family members!!!
This lady is very rude I know her from 2 years she not good with me and wife!!
This lady called Kathy is very rude, today when I rang them to ask about my medications she directly started yelling at me coz they had made a mistake and before I argued back she hung up on me.
