It was just prior lock down I popped in her a brief visit . Staff friendly and served a great chilled drink . Warm atmosphere.
My local and a regular. Has improved now they have got rid of the troublemakers and the vibe has turned more chilled. A pub sports bar with darts and pool teams. Has Sky and BT Sports which is a bonus if you want to watch Association Football and that part time sport Rugby Union during the six nations. Has Staropramen which is a massive draw.
Could improve the Jukebox selection with George Formby and GLC. Seems like the owners are in the clutch of renovations so things will improve aesthetically as a beer garden is in the pipeline.
The only downside is that the owner supports Aston Villa and has yet to build a stairway to the flat which would make access easier for closing time.
Proper little bar dogs welcome which is nice
Local bar/pub, very friendly environment and friendly staff. Always a comfy and chill vibe. Never any problems or alterations highly recommend!!
Cool little pub, bit of character. Can see this being the new local. Pool table, jukebox, darts 👍👍
