Whilst my experience with this company was not the best, & with slow response on email. I cannot fault the Northampton team for there outstanding performance, from the lady on reception to consultation. Optical express you have an hidden ambassador for your company in Fatema Ahmed, outstanding performance from start to finish. Looking at it further & the clinics I travelled to, there is a total lack of communication & misunderstanding within your teams. Always remember 2 golden rules. 1. You are nothing without your customer, 2 communication is key. Northampton team keep going you are excellent at what you do, & stand out after picking up the bits after other clinics failures.
