Every time i ring. EVERY time the receptionists are so rude and unlepful. Its like ringing for an appointment is a massive pain for them. I feel so sorry for anyone elderly or not so comfortable with the phone/internet with all the hoops you have jump through. Some of the doctors there are very good. Some are terrible. So once you get through the iron curtain its a 50/50 chance you might get a very good doctor thats the reason its 2 stars not 1. it just took 3 days to get a call back about my daughter. Tho doctor said i need an appointment but i still have to go through the hoops again of ringing at 8am. Waiting. talking to the rude receptionists and waiting far another call back. Im still waiting.....
Generally excellent, ring back when they say they will, receptionists helpful and polite. The surgery is especially brilliant with my 91 year old mother. They do a very tough job well and I would not change surgery
I believe everyone is stressed.....not just the staff but the patients who are trying to get help. Holding on so long to get to speak to somebody just to be told “go on line”. If I could I would! I don’t like waiting for half an hour to ask you a question. I have been with this surgery for 18 months now and am yet to see a doctor. Truly despicable.
Reception staff extremely rude and unhelpful, I would not recommend.
Really poor communication with patient's been asked by a doctor to make an appointment with the hospital for bloods. The reception decided whn I asked them to book me in with the hospital they didn't and now with all the virus going on I took a trip to the hospital with my child to be told it they was closed. Then to phone and them to say oh sorry it was at the doctor surgery. Fuming completely fuming my son was put at risk!
