As a park it's brilliant, great facilities, friendly staff, caravans well cared for and good value for money. There is only one reason it isn't five stars and that is access to the park is only down a road with no footpath at all. So if you drive great, get a taxi or cab fine but walk? You are in the road, an unlit road with a blind bend. That put me off as I like to walk places and this means driving to town first and parking then walking. If you don't mind that it's great.

Really nice park. Undergoing some renovation. Caravans were comfy and clean. Booking the swimming was a great idea. Will return.

Had a great week away with the family, and the booking tables was easy to use and table service was amazing and very quick well done to everyone, and platinum lodge was wonderful with no problems. Can't wait to return back

The park was OK and the caravan was very nice and clean. However, the service from Park Holidays left everything to be desired. Booked pre-Covid and paid for a Gold Plus caravan solely to benefit from the earlier check-in. Nearly eight months later, only a few days before my holiday, I received an email from Park Holidays advising that the earlier check in was no longer possible due to the extra cleaning now required. That in itself is fine, but Park Holidays then refused to offer any partial refund to compensate for the fact I was no longer being provided with the only benefit of the Gold Plus caravan I was interested in. Furthermore, Park Holidays then suggested they had advised me of the changes to check in times by email at various points over the summer, but when challenged as I didn't receive any such emails, the company simply accused me of lying. A very strange attitude to customer service! I certainly won't be booking at a Park Holidays resort again in future.

Clean and well kept facilities. Several additional activities on hand to entertain the kids, however come at additio al costs. Pool nice, indoor and has a little water slide to add to the fun. Great little place for an escape.
