This was our second visit. The food was first class. Children had chicken nuggets which they both cleared their plates. My husband who is very fussy cleared his plate. I had the sizzling steak. Truly first class. Staff were fantastic

Felt very safe during Covid-19 Pandemic. The front of house staff were very welcoming and advised us of all the rules in place. A full menu was offered and we were advised if any items were not available. One way system inside the building and hand sanitizer located throughout. Tables allocated to put plates on if you got too many in your table rather than staff having to lean in and get close to collect your plates. All in all a great visit.. not too many people in the pub, and was socially distanced. We will definitely visit again.. all the stops were pulled out to put staff and customers first and make you feel safe.

Went here with a group for dinner. We were very happy with the food which tasted great (loved the nachos in particular). Very generous portions here. They also seem to have everything sorted regarding covid requirements. Lastly, we thought the staff were really good. They were cheerful and good-natured and quite attentive. I would return.

The only reason this pub gets 3 stars is because of the worker Sandra, she went above and beyond to help a family out, who after booking a table for two hours were told they could have drinks only. With two young children crying for food Sandra took it upon herself to serve the family and they were allowed to eat. I ordered food which looked nothing like the picture but was the food was delicious. The restaurant was also pretty full so people must enjoy it.

nice food & a very reasonable price will definatley be returning. Called in again today , me & the wife had not booked but they still managed to squeeze us in, food was top notch yet again service fantastic the young lady who got us the table was very polite & pleasant & explained the social distancing & one way system. she was a credit to the pub.
