Nice pleasant staff. Cemetry still needs a lot of work and was neglected for many years(the landowners are very affluent) , however it is improving. Have relatives buried there. Wayne Bufton was a good man. Polite, friendly service. However, the cemetery are very slow in carrying out headstones or servicing of graves, to the point where it can be unprofessional. Some of the excuses for the delay in the work were laughable and beyond a joke, bordering on adolescence. Recent choice of not allowing Covid19 deaths to be buried, is understandable but disappointing although other cemeteries are allowing this and making exceptions or making better preparations so they could have better managed this considering the owning company are affluent and could hire younger staff. Bit of a joke really. Good cemetery with polite staff but complacent and could be run better. Have affinity with the place as live nearby otherwise I may have given a lower rating. Unfortunately the cemetery do have to put up with problems in the local area such as rubbish dumping and unauthorised parking which is not their fault.

This place is well looked after considering it's a private cemetry the staffs are very helfull. There's a cost for the staffs to maintain your loved ones grave so if you haven't paid and your loved ones grave looks unmaintained PLEASE don't take it out on the staffs you are responsible

We visited the cemetery on Tuesday 4th June 2019, not realising it would be so busy due to the Eid celebrations. Nevertheless, we had been told that Clive would be there to show us to the grave of my grandfather, and he duly appeared at the time we had been told. He took us to the grave and was very informative and helpful. Cathy in the office was also a great help when I contacted the cemetery about visiting from our home in Hampshire. Thanks to both!

This grave yard is the worse place to get anyone of your loved ones buried the place is very badly maintened. I would plead with everyone not to. The caretaker is bloody useless, always promising to do the work and never does. When the work is not done then his response is we are busy. Despite my request to him numerous times to fix my mother's and grandmother's grave for 2 years and 4 months respectively it has fallen on deaf ears. I have even text him all the details, at his request. By the way this guy Wayne will not let you get a word edge wise. Only wants you to hear his words. I am looking to get in touch with the owners to speak to them directly. Not sure they will help. Does anyone have any details. I'm giving a fat zero for the yard, Unfortunately it wouldn't allow me.
