Very busy pub. Food was good. Had southern fried chicken pieces with korean bbq sauce for starter - spicy! Had steak skillet with cheese, bbq sauce and gravy for a main. Very nice, although I don't like onions so had to scrape the massive pile of them off from under the steak before eating. Able to choose how you like the steak cooked on the app. Had tripe chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich for dessert. This wasn't great as the cookies come cold. Maybe they could heat the cookies up? This would make it masses better. Drinks came really quickly when ordered on the app too. Happy experience.

Friendly welcome and polite servers. The mixed grill I ordered was cooked very well and the peppercorn sauce was excellent. My wife's food was also delicious. It was too cold where we sat and the app for ordering was a little arduous. But we would definitely go back.

I'd booked a table but left after 20 minutes. Staff very slow, I was shown to a dirty table which didn't inspire confidence in these covid times. I couldn't order via the app so left after a member of staff told me they were all busy and couldn't take my order.

It was very quiet on the night we went, but we had such terrible service we ended up leaving. Due to Covid they're asking that you order using the app, but 4G signal is poor inside and the wifi is very hit and miss. I went to the bar to let them know I was unable to order as the app kept crashing due to poor connection and was rudely told 'sit down. I'm busy, I'll be with you when I've done everything else I need to do' by a female member of staff with blonde hair in a ponytail wearing a face shield. After 30 minutes with still not having our order placed we decided to leave and ended up getting a McDonald's instead. Really disappointed as we have previously had good service, and have been since the Covid pandemic began when it was much busier and had a completely different experience. This has really put me off going back.
