I lost my beautiful ginger cat Charlie very suddenly, and couldn't bear the thought of him being left at the vets to be 'disposed' of. He would've been totally alone and without his Mum. So, someone very kindly recommended this place. I spoke to a lovely kind soul called Kate, she explained what would happen when I brought Charlie 🐈 up to them. She explained that we could sit with him for as long as we needed to say our goodbyes, and that he would not be left on his own. This was of great comfort to me, and we drove up the same day, left my boy there and collected him later that evening as promised. The service we received was 2nd to none, and Kate who we dealt with was absolutely fantastic, kind and caring to a fault. When we collected him at just before 6pm the lady that bought him out with his basket was also lovely too. This has helped me immensely with my grieving for my lovely boy Charlie. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to others. The grounds it sits in are so tranquil, and the little room where we spent our last time with Charlie was quiet and peaceful. My vet gave me Treasured Friends' details following the passing of my beloved cat, Alfie. I'm so glad she did. The whole process was dealt with professionally and with the utmost compassion. They helped make the most difficult time a little more bearable and the service they provided was swift and very caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My thanks to the the team.

Thankyou so much for being so understanding & caring. On Fri I had to say goodbye to my baby, it's such therapeutic surroundings. Can't thank you enough x

I cannot praise the team at Treasured Friends enough, they are there at the worst of times to help us when we have lost a close and loved companion. Although I have needed their services before for both mine and my daughters beloved dogs and cats but I wasn't sure if they could help me this time. Sadly I had lost my tortoise and gardening buddy of 30 years but as always they were there for me . He was collected just before lunchtime with compassion and kind words and returned to me at teatime with more kindness. Taking hold of his ashes brought a feeling of relief and I will now be able to scatter them in the garden where he roamed for so many happy years. As I still have a dog and three cats who are getting on in years I know exactly where I shall turn when their time comes. Thank You All at Treasured Friends.

Sadly our beautiful boy Harvey was taken too soon and we were devastated. I cannot thank the team at Treasured Friends for the respect and understanding they gave to us. Even in this time if social distancing they did everything they could to make things easy and showed true compassion. Harvey was back home with us within 24 hours. Thank you so much you made a difficult time easier
